With the apprenticeship training to become a industrial design model-maker and a degree in engineering from the FH- Münster in Germany, Juri is a hands-on creative developer. Dr. Bob Bayer Advisor, Lobster Science Dr. Bayer has been involved in lobster research for nearly 30 years and since 1995 has been Executive Director of the Lobster Institute.
